Half Day Visit

Half Day with Lunch: $48.00 per Adult, $38.00 per Child 3-14yrs | BYO Lunch: $38.00 per Adult, $28.00 per Child 3-14yrs

A half day visit is the perfect option when you don’t have a lot of spare time. You can join us for the morning or afternoon program with or without lunch (prices above).

HALF DAY VISIT – MORNING PROGRAM

9:00am: Our half day visitors arrive – quick stop off for a cup of tea or coffee at the BBQ area.

9:15am: Meet at the BBQ area and then all aboard the tractor for our Farmyard Tasks. First stop is the Farmyard Nursery. Here we milk the cow, collect eggs and feed the farm animals.

10:30am:  Pony Rides – if you are 8yrs or younger these are perfect for you!

11:00am: Horse Rides (optional) ($65.00pp). If you are 8yrs or older, saddle up – your horse ride is about to begin (please register at reception by 9:15am for this activity).

If you’re not interested in a horse ride you can enjoy many of the self supervised activities. Check in with the Mowbray Park team for ideas and equipment (e.g. canoeing, archery, tennis, swimming – BYO towels, bush walking).

12:30pm: Lunch if booked, otherwise please bring along a picnic.

1:00pm: Half Day visitors depart; thanks for coming!

HALF DAY VISIT – AFTERNOON PROGRAM

12:30pm: Lunch if booked, otherwise please bring along a picnic.

Our half day visitors arrive – quick stop off for a cup of tea or coffee at the BBQ area.

1:30pm:  Pony Rides – for the little ones; anyone up to 8yrs can participate.

2:00pm:  Horse Rides (optional) ($65.00pp). Minimum age 8yrs; if you would like to participate in this activity you can pre-book or register at reception on arrival.

There are plenty of other activities to keep you busy if you aren’t horse riding: canoeing, archery, tennis, swimming – BYO towels, bush walking. Maybe you would like to kick a ball on the sports ground or just curl up under a tree with a good book. Check in with the Mowbray Park team for equipment and directions.

3:00pm: Depending on the day we might relax around the campfire for billy tea & damper or head out in the paddock to try boomerang throwing and whip cracking. If it’s a bit wet then a perfect opportunity to head out on a tractor ride to feed the cattle.

5:00pm: Our day visitors leave – thanks for coming!
