Mowbray Park Farm & B&B is located close to Sydney NSW in fact it is only one hour from Sydney Airport! One of the most popular holiday farms in Australia, 85ha of rolling hill country and heritage buildings. Loads of atmosphere and lots of fun.

Great for family holidays, fantastic for children! Spend time amongst the farm animals guided by our experienced staff. Do as much or as little as you like and enjoy our country style cooking at Mowbray Park.

Mowbray Park Farmstay Holidays are Value for Money!

Package 1. All inclusive, includes accommodation, all meals and selected  farm activities
Delicious home cooked meals, a range of well appointed accommodation, linen, bath towels, soap etc. All activities and facilities inclusive, except horse trail riding (for 8 years and over) & kids club, an extra charge applies (Kids club available weekends and holidays only)

Note to international guests: Please be aware if paying with an international credit card there is a 1.5% surcharge.

Costs shown are per person per night, twin share. Minimum two night stay weekend, 3 nights long weekends and school holidays (weekend rates apply). Easter weekend minimum booking 3 nights stay.

Single night stay (subject to availability) tariff + 10%
If , without prior notice you spend less time with us than you booked the full cost of the stay is payable.(See FAQ for cancellation policy)

Package 2. Self Cater (BYO linen or $10 per person)
Cheddington, Alverna Lodges and the Chapel can be used for self cater. They have BBQ, microwave, fridge and ovens.

Minimum Numbers Required (14 Adults Cheddington) (4 Adults Alverna)
Tariff includes accommodation and use of facilities (tennis court, sports field, swimming pool) plus farm activities (see below).

Cheddington Lodge

Perfect for family groups. The lodge has 10 bedrooms (3 with ensuite and 7 bunkrooms), 2 separate bathrooms, large lounge and small kitchen area, TV/DVD & video, games room, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, microwave, stove/oven and BBQ. The lodge is ideal for mulitiple families + groups.
 

Alverna Lodge (front) suitable for 1 or 2 families

2 rooms with doubles plus 2 rooms with bunks (cots available), 1 bathroom TV/DVD lounge with open fire, kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge & BBQ.

Chapel Cottage suitable for one family, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, small kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove/oven) and lounge, TV/DVD.

B&B at Mowbray Park $75.00 per person, breakfast at the Coach House each morning at 8AM.
If you are a visitor to Train Works Museum and need to stay a night present your Train Works ticket for a special B&B rate.
