A huge thank you to the whole team at Mowbray for keeping our secret under wraps. Our guests thought they were attending a day at Mowbray to celebrate a combined 60th birthday. Arriving at 1pm to the sounds of Boy,Girl Duo playing in the background Mowbray put on some grazing platters and Matt Black from Mobile Bar served drinks from a pallet bar that fitted right in with the theme. After two hours of activities including whip cracking and boomerang throwing as well as damper making and guests took a well deserved break to change for what they thought was a dinner, only to be advised by (who guests thought was our friend during the whole day but was really our Marriage Celebrant-) Martin Maroney that we were infact getting married. The looks on the guests faces from the images was priceless! An amazing ceremony under the oak tree followed with an elegant dinner created by Chef Evan McVey. This is a special venue that can allow guests to stay overnight, experience a real farmstay and deliver fresh country produce.A hidden gem for that work christmas party, wedding or special event. Amazing for kids to spend time with the animals! Owners are lovely 😊 & really great accommodation for groups with kids. Everyone had own room & en-suite. Open plan living & kitchen.

What a fabulous weekend at Mowbray Park Farm! So much to see and do and only a short trip from Sydney. Highly recommend to anyone with kids looking for a fun and interactive weekend away. Great weekend ! Lots of farming fun. Farmer Chris was terrific. Farmer Blair and other staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the tractor rides, pony rides, sheep shearing, hay ride, animal nursery, feeding the animals, whip cracking, boomerang throwing. Always something to do. Only slightl disappointment was the food. Highly recommended for a farming adventure.read more

Amazing place. We had my son's 5th birthday there and it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and the kids had a ball! They got to milk a cow, collect chicken eggs, ride a pony, ride in a tractor and more. Highly recommend Mowbray park farm!read more

We had a family weekend away with my grandchildren & their parents, one 5yr old & 13month old. We all had a fantastic time, this is the perfect place for kids to learn a little about farm life & interact with the animals. The staff were fantastic; especially Chris, Blair, Jacque & Elise, they couldn’t have been more helpful & informative. Boomerang throwing was great, something that I could try, also the damper making....lots of fun.read more

Lovely experience, the owners were amazing, great food, fun activities, its the first farm I've been to where I can say the animals are so well looked after which is so special to see and the relaxed lifestyle on the farm really makes the atmosphere of they place. Only room for improvement would be the young girl who did the animal feeding was not very well experienced with children and seemed to have little patience and overall could have adapted a more positive attitude. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you Blair and Jackie, what an amazing place you have!! And your daughter is just delightful :))))read more

Great day trip. Be prepared to be exhausted afterwards with so many fun activities. My 2 year old daughter asks to go back every day and my 6 year old son keeps wanting to practice his boomerang throwing. Thanks to the wonderful staff.read more

I booked this farm stay for my 2 daughters and their husbands and my 4 grandkids as a Christmas present I really had no idea what to expect well I can tell u we all had the best weekend ever and we all came home exhausted. From pony rides to collecting chicken eggs feeding sheep and cows and donkeys making dampers and toasting marshmallows and the kids really loved the tractor rides even the food was good the people were lovely I honestly couldn't fault this place and recommend it to anyone with kids. It brought my husband and I so much joy to see the kids so excited and how much fun they all had. I'm sure we will go back again 😁read more

The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating right from the organisation through to the end of the day. Very affordable and definetly value for money. I visited a few years ago and loved every minute of it, being a single mum and not long after hip surgery I needed the break. I came home raving about my stay and made him extremely envious, so I asked him where he would like to go for a holiday weekend and he chose Mowbray Park, so that's where we are headed this year, he will have a ball.read more

Just the best place to be for a short domestic holiday. The kids are kep t suitably dirty and occupied feeding the animals and enjoying the horse rides. The food is hearty but bring some snacks to enjoy I your cabins. The accomodation is basic but who cares when there is so much to enjoy!read more

To all people wanting a quiet getaway .... this is where you come !
Our first stay as a family was six years ago !It was my fathers 80th birthday celebration ! My whole family comes and we stay in Cheddington. There is quite the crowd !
We chose the catered option and we have never been dissappointed with the selection of food on offer nor the meals . We are there for breakfast lunch and dinner .
My grandchildren enjoy every minute of the rural atmosphere ,watching the sheep shearing to the farmyard visit , milking the cow and holding those little bunnies !
In conclusion Elise makes booking in so easy and is eager to help in every way ! Blair (the boss) is very informative on all the farm history .My family and I would recommend this getaway , obviously we love it ?as this has become a family tradition !
