We understand the needs of a farm so for us it never really stops, this is not a 9 to 5 job by any means. Adding people to our mix of responsibilities is great for our learning.
We have families from all over Sydney, students from all over the world, inbound tour groups from all over Asia. The people we meet and get to know is amazing. We love nothing more than guests returning for another stay or visit, it’s like like catching up with old friends.
We each have our roles on the farm and many of them overlap, you will see us here there and everywhere on any given day. We have our Field team headed by Blair and supported by our resident backpackers.
Our resident Natural Horsemanship Instructor and Ride Camp boss is Jacqui; she also heads our services team, keeping the lodges clean and comfortable for guests.
Behind the scene’s are the hard working kitchen team. Ranging from juniors, getting their first work experience, to our cooks who dish up those wonderful country style meals using our own produce from the farm and as much local produce as we can source.
Each person has a specific set of skills and when they are all combined the days flow well.
